All-Season Grilled Turkey Breast

Prep-Time: 15 minutes                                                                            GRILL TURKEY BREAST

Cooking: 30 minutes


1 1/2 cups chili sauce
3/4 cuo red-wine vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
2 small cloves of garlic halves
1 teaspoon salt
4 bone-in turkey breast (6 ounce each)

Mix chili sauce, vinegar, horseradish garlic and salt in bowl save 1/2 of the marinade add turkey turn to coat.
Cover and put marinade in refrigerator for 5 minutes
Pre-heat grill or boiler remove turkey from marinade discard marinade in bowl.
Place turkey on grill or boiler pan
Grill or boil turkey turning and basting frequentley with half the saved marinade ubtil juices run clear
Pierce turkey with knife in 30 minutes
Heat remaining marinade in a small sauce pan stirring occasionally
Serve hot along-side turkey
